Terms & Conditions

1. Services

MuichHet provides legal advisory and representation services in Germany. All services are subject to applicable German and EU law, including GDPR regulations.

2. Client Engagement

Engagement with MuichHet requires a formal retainer agreement. Services commence upon written confirmation and execution of the engagement letter.

3. Fees & Payment

• Fees are invoiced monthly or as agreed in the engagement letter
• Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
• Overdue accounts subject to 0.5% monthly interest
• Expenses reimbursable at cost plus 10% administrative fee

4. Confidentiality

All client communications are protected by attorney-client privilege. MuichHet maintains strict confidentiality except where legally required to disclose (court orders, regulatory demands).

5. Limitation of Liability

MuichHet's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We do not assume liability for damages arising from client-provided information or third-party actions.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR. Client data is used solely for service delivery. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with 14 days' written notice. Outstanding fees remain due. Files are retained for 10 years per German legal requirements.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms are governed by German law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Munich courts.
